- Initial Pre-sales engagement with customer, including full Requirements Capture /Solution scope definition
- E2E Solutions Architecture, Design & Dimensioning of new technology solutions
- Source the right suppliers for the various solutions components
- Full management of RFx both to choose your supplier(s) and respond to customer requests
- Technical vendor evaluation/Bill Of Materials generation/management
- Bid Defence, trials and deployment support
- Definition of precise Acceptance Test Plans (ATPs) between all parties
- Ensure a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) at the EMS end as well as solving all the challenges relating to integration with the remainder of the client OSS, including Network Management, subscriber provisioning, billing and customer care
- Design and/or review of Security and QoS/QoE for all new or existing solutions deployments
