Proof Of Concept deployed on a LAMP server with interfaces to Vendor APIs or standards such as Presence IMS interface.
End user will have option of Web browser, SMS, or phone java app.
Commercial application will be designed to run on Applications Server ( OSGI services platform) and will be Standards based
